Our company has nearly 30 years manufacturing history for rubber extruder which main products are cold feed rubber extruders with original appearance and beautiful paint.
Good performance with power-saving, good plasticizing effect and low rubber discharging temperature. The barrel and screw bolt owns special treatment that can be temperature-resistant and hard to glue leaky which is very suitable for extrusion production process.
Hence our product is the new generation model of extrusion equipment.
φ250 Dowel-type cold feed rubber extruders
Functions: The plastic materials are extruded with normal temperature. They are supplied for the production line of steel cord and inner liner.
Features: Good plasticizing effect and low rubber discharging temperature.
φ200 Dowel-type cold feed rubber extruders
Functions: The plastic materials are extruded with normal temperature. After two stations passed, the sieve rubber machine head can be exchanged which are filtered and supplied for the production line of steel cord, calendaring cord, inner liner and inner tube.
Features: This series of extruders own accurate glue-filter performance, high capacity and the convenience for sieve change.
φ150 hot feed rubber extruders
Functions: The plastic hosed and some inner tube products are made by hot rubber sheet extruded continuously from this series of extruders
Features: compact equipment, low power consumption.
φ120 cold feed rubber extruders
Functions:
1. Tires industry: For continuous extrusion of rubber material at a normal temperature and the required shaped semi-finished products such as triangle plastic are produced.
2. Products industry: Wire and cable extruding, high pressure rubber hose extrusion, Weather strip extruding, Insulation material extrusion, etc.
3. Medical Rubber industry: Medical bottle stopper, tube extrusion, etc.
φ90 Dowel-type cold feed rubber extruders
Functions:
1. Tires industry: For the extrusion for rubber thread, triangle plastic, belt.
2.Products industry: Equipped the belt head which is used for the extrusion of semi-products of elevator handrails and rubber hose, etc.
