R-type Pendulum Pulverizer(also was called Raymond Mill) which is widely used in building material, chemical, papermaking, medicine, food, energy and relevant industries. It is applied to pulverize various kinds of non-explosive minerals on the condition of hardness of Mohs 7 which the humidity is below 6%.
The overall structure for R series Raymond Mill is made of spindle, Wormgear classifier, tunnel device, centrifugal fan, duplex cyclone collector, Jaw crusher, bucket elevators, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, electronic control and so on.The spindle is comprised of base, air box, Blade, grinding roller and ring, shell and motor.
The grinding process for Raymond Mill:
The raw material is upgraded into material hopper by the elevator after crushed by Jaw crusher, then it can be conveyed into spindle for grinding by the feeder quantitatively.
The roller, roller assembly, blade holder and blade base which supported on the star rock of the cavity of spindle are rotated around the central axis driven by the gears.
And the mill ring is pressed by roller assembly tightly by its outward swing of the centrifugal force effect, and the roller whirls on its axis simultaneously. The raw material is continuously conveyed to mill ring and roller side by blade device and rolled, extruded and dashed by the centrifugal force effect
The crushed power is bolstered by the air from high pressure centrifugal fan to the classification area, then the gas and powder is separated by Wormgear classifier. The rough powder is released to the main engine for double grinding, while the qualified fine ones will be collected to the duplex cyclone collector by tunnel which will be the final products after released by the powder pipe.
The purified air flows to the high pressure centrifugal fan from the tunnel on the top of cyclone collector and the whole airway forms the circulation system. All the air in the pipe is under the negative pressure except from the fan and grinding room is positive one.
The air flow in the circulated airway is increased because the gas is stored from each flange connections of pipe and material inlet. And the increased air flow can be pulsed through the outlet between blower and spindle to the small cyclone collector or bag filter, then discharged to the atmosphere after purified.

The production system is independent and complete from raw material crushing, conveying, powder grinding to the collection, storage, and packaging of the finished product.
2. The flexible spindle deployment (belt gearing and reducer gearing), classifier systems (classifier and analytical machine) can be done according to users’special needs to ensure the production system running in peak condition.
