It is a new type which was researched base on R-type Pulverizer. And the performance and efficiency is more advanced than R-type one. It is widely used in building materials, chemical industry, papermaking, medicine, food, energy and other industries. The suitable materials for grinding is limestone, fluorite, calcite, talc, barite, apatite, silica, feldspar, quartz, clay, China clay, bentonite, kaolin, bauxite, gypsum, graphite, manganese, iron ore, chromite, ilmenite, silicon carbide, titanium oxide, coke and other materials on the condition of hardness of Mohs 7 which the humidity is below 6%.
The overall structure for HR series Pulverizer is made of the Main engine, Wormgear classifier, tunnel device, centrifugal fan, duplex cyclone collector, Jaw crusher, bucket elevators, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, electronic control and so on.The Main engine is comprised of base, air box, Blade, grinding roller and grinding ring, shell and motor.
The process for grinding:
The raw material is upgraded into material hopper by the elevator after crushing, then it can be conveyed into main engine for grinding by the feeder which speed can be adjusted from hopper to shrouded inlet.
The roller which supported on the star rock of the cavity of main engine is rotated around the central axis.
And the mill ring is pressed by roller assembly tightly by its outward swing of the centrifugal force effect, and the roller whirls on its axis simultaneously. The raw material is continuously conveyed to mill ring and roller side by scraper device for crushing and grinding purpose.
The crushed power is bolstered by the air from high pressure centrifugal fan to the classification area, then the gas and powder is separated by Wormgear classifier. The rough powder is released to the main engine for double grinding, while the qualified fine ones will be collected to the duplex cyclone collector by tunnel which will be the final products after released by the powder pipe.
The purified air flows to the high pressure centrifugal fan from the tunnel on the top of cyclone collector and the whole airway forms the circulation system. All the air in the pipe is under the negative pressure except from the fan and grinding room is positive one.
The air flow in the circulated airway is increased because the gas is stored from each flange connections of pipe and material inlet. And the increased air flow can be pulsed to the dust collector through the outlet and discharge to the atmosphere after purified.
1、Space required for Pulverizer is small. The production system is independent and complete from raw material crushing, conveying, powder grinding to the collection, storage, and packaging of the finished product.

3、High collection efficiency.The Cyclone collectors with double cyclone collectors which the collection efficiency of the whirlwind is 20% higher than the single one
4、High classification accuracy.Cone-type turbine classifier used the built-in blade, and the adjustments of the finished granularity within the 80-400 can be done
5、Energy saving and environmental protection.The outlet is equipped with pulse dust collector which the dust collection effect can achieves 99.9% and the workshop environmental can be good as well.
6、Reasonable structure.New pipeline system with reasonable layout which can reduce the loss of pressure piping systems.
