Product Introduction:
“KD” series full hydraulic taphole drill machine is USTB( University of Science and Technology Beijing ) according to most domestic blast furnace smelting equipment layout of the specific circumstances, after years of research, developed a kind of equipments which is easy to operate, safe and reliable, convenient maintenance, energy saving and environmental protection used to quickly open the taphole, iron water release. This machine structure compact, small footprint, on-site operation and maintenance is convenient extremely.
When the machine work, the rail beam follow the swing rotation to taphole direction, after arrived at the work position, hydraulic motor driven by the sprocket, the chain, the rack drives the car forward, at the same time the percussive drilling under the frame, start to realize impact crusher, dolly feed to open the taphole.
According to different position of the taphole drill machine, mud gun located in specific locations in front of the stove, taphole drill machine is divided into "the same side" and "different-side" two forms, mud gun arranged on the same side with the iron runner is the same-side type, the mud guns were arranged in the different side by iron runner is the different-side.
